Lead Ai Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy large language models using deep learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code in Python, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of AI models.
• Troubleshoot issues related to machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.

Job Requirements :

• 8-16 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence Engineering or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Deep Learning (DL) and Large Language Model (LLM) development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience working on Microsoft Azure platform.
• Experience with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) technology is an added advantage.
