As a Loading Supervisor in the Transportation department, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading activities at the designated location in Kosamba, Gujrat. Your primary tasks will include preparing transit documents such as LR and e-way bills, conducting checks on vehicle documents and flooring before loading and unloading, ensuring proper lashing after loading, and tracking vehicles to their destinations. You will also be required to update entries in the Transportation Management System (TMS), adhere to both customer and company health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirements, and visit loading or unloading sites locally and outstation as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering cargo when required, as well as escorting vehicles to their destinations. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, although freshers are also welcome to apply. Any undergraduate qualification is acceptable for this role. The budget for this position is a maximum of 3 LPA, with 18 K as the in-hand salary. There are 10 positions available for Loading Supervisors. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund and performance bonuses.
