Job Description

As a Laser Machine Operator - Incharge, your role will involve supervising operations in a Mechanical Fabrication Company dealing with Welders & Sheet metal operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising a team of 3 members in the operation of laser machines - Ensuring smooth functioning of the machines and meeting production targets - Overseeing quality control measures to maintain high standards of output - Coordinating with the maintenance team for any machine repairs or servicing - Training new employees on machine operations and safety protocols To qualify for this role, you should have: - A BE/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a similar industry - Proficiency in Tamil and Hindi languages will be an additional value - Willingness to stay in company-provided rooms or be within a 5 km radius of Sulur, Coimbatore - Ability to join immediately within 2 days from the date of the interview process - Submission of 2 original certificates after the interview The company offers benefits such as ESI, PF, rooms for stay, annual bonus, incentives based on performance, cell phone reimbursement, and provident fund.
