Land Registration & Document Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and preparing property-related legal documents such as Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Power of Attorney, Agreements, Lease Deeds, and other conveyance deeds.
• Coordinating with sub-registrar offices for property registration and related processes.
• Reviewing land and property documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Liaising with clients, legal teams, and government authorities regarding documentation and registration.
• Ensuring proper stamping, notarization, and execution of documents.
• Maintaining records of registered documents and handling follow-up activities.
• Assisting the legal/real estate team in due diligence and title verification processes.
• Staying updated with latest government norms, property laws, and registration processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Document Writer or in a similar role within real estate / legal documentation.
• Strong knowledge of property registration procedures and relevant acts in Tamil Nadu.
• Ability to draft legal documents in both Tamil & English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client and government authority interactions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
