Laiser machine operator(Fresher )

Job Summary:

The Laser Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting and engraving machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a strong focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Machine Operation:

• Set up and calibrate laser cutting/engraving machines according to work orders and blueprints.
• Load and unload materials such as metal, plastic, wood, or glass into the machine.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure proper cutting speed, power, and accuracy.

✅ Quality Control:

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies in the final product.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and quality issues.

✅ Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Perform routine maintenance on laser machines, including cleaning lenses and replacing worn parts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Report major malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

✅ Safety and Compliance:

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

✅ Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain production logs and machine maintenance records.
• Document any machine issues and corrective actions taken.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating CNC or laser cutting machines preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with machine programming.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and heat.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
