Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing sales proposals and presentations, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing sales strategies, attending industry events, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong business acumen, market research, and business development skills Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills Experience in preparing sales proposals and presentations Proficiency in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in foundry equipment sales is most desired Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Ability to travel extensively
