Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Associate located in Mumbai. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling reservations, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting guests, managing guest inquiries, and coordinating with the team to maintain high standards of service. Qualifications Guest Services and Guest Service skills Customer Service and Reservations skills Strong Communication skills Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus HM graduates
