Laboratory Operations - Associate

We are hiring for Associate - Laboratory Operations (Male and Female both)

As a Associate, your role involves supervising and coordinating all activities within the laboratory, including sample processing, testing, and analysis. You will develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize laboratory processes and ensure consistency and accuracy in results. Your responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements, such as NABL, CAP, or other relevant bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the laboratory- Develop and implement SOPs to optimize laboratory processes- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements- Conduct timely internal audits and participate in external inspections/audits- Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment- Coordinate end-to-end for urgent samples- Responsible for notifying centers about any new tests introduced- Inform all centers in case of delayed reports- Communicate with centers or patients regarding held reports by consultants- Manage the courier of PT/EQAS/Interlab samples/documents- Intimate concern department about any requests from centers regarding sample processing- Ensure proper handling of all outsourced samples- Manage repeat samples before testing- Handle and notify centers of any wrong entries and ensure corrections- Ensure optimum manpower allocation for smooth functioning- Responsible for Daily MIS reports including critical alerts, amended reports, hold reports, demographic errors, IT logbook, list of run days, pending status, re-run tests, refer doctor calls, repeat sample records, department-wise TAT

Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in medical laboratory technology (BMLT / M.Sc. MLT) or related field.- Proficiency in laboratory software/LIS will be an added advantage.-Minimum 04 years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory, with at least 05 years in a supervisory role.- Intimate biomedical and maintenance-related statuses- Strong knowledge of NABL
