Identify and onboard new Channel Partners (CPs). Build strong relationships with CPs to ensure consistent lead flow and conversions. Work closely with CPs to increase project visibility and lead generation. Coordinate with the closing team to help convert CP leads into sales. Attend real estate events and use your network to bring in new CPs. Track performance of each CP and support them to meet sales targets. Who Can Apply: Minimum 5 years of real estate experience (Channel Sales). Strong network of active Channel Partners. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
