Job Description

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests as per NABL standards and protocols.
Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
Collect, label, and process biological samples (blood, urine, sputum, etc.) following standard safety procedures.
Maintain detailed records of all tests conducted and update Laboratory Information System (LIS).
Adhere to quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) guidelines as per NABL requirements.
Participate in internal and external quality assurance programs (EQAS).
Follow infection control and biosafety guidelines in all laboratory operations.
Report critical and abnormal test results promptly to the concerned physician or department.
Maintain adequate stock of reagents, consumables, and ensure proper storage and documentation.
Assist in audits, calibration verification, and documentation for NABL accreditation compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
