Job Title: L3 Technical Support Engineer Company: C7 Tech Solutions Work Location: Airoli / Navi Mumbai / Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Description: Handle L3 technical issues, escalations, and complex troubleshooting. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent solutions. Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, and network-related issues. Provide support for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, and Outlook. Manage incidents and service requests while ensuring SLA compliance. Required Skills: Strong experience in L3 Technical Support / IT Infrastructure Support. Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Preference: Immediate joiners.
