Role Overview: As an L3 SDE (AI/ML) at Timble, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions to address complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to enhance our capabilities. Monitoring the performance of AI systems and ensuring optimal functionality will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to address complex business problems. - Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and analyze data, ensuring high data quality and relevance. - Implement and refine algorithms to improve the performance and accuracy of AI models. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply new techniques to enhance AI capabilities. - Monitor the performance of AI systems, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal functionality. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, including design specifications, training processes, and deployment strategies. Qualification Required: - Education: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Analyst, or related fields. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of AI/ML development with a proven track record of deploying AI solutions in a production environment. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning. Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras). Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP). Experience in integrating AI-based solutions with web frameworks like Django, Flask. - Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,
