The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with expertise in debugging, solutioning, and ensuring the quality of automation solutions in an education-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Leadership & Solution Design: Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of RPA and OCR solutions, ensuring they align with business goals in the education sector (e.g., admissions, grading, student records). Own the debugging and troubleshooting process, ensuring smooth execution of automation workflows and identifying opportunities for optimization. Work with the US-based clients to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and translate them into actionable automation strategies.
