Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshoot problems. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Japanese (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing). Understand and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a clear, concise, and professional manner. Document all customer interactions accurately and completely in the CRM system. Process Management: Handle customer interactions efficiently and effectively within established service level agreements (SLAs). Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer service. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software effectively. Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues effectively and efficiently. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed. Proactively identify and suggest solutions to improve customer service processes.
