Key Responsibilities Hostel Management Manage staff/trainee hostel accommodation, allotment, and occupancy records. Ensure cleanliness, housekeeping, and maintenance of hostel premises. Address employee complaints and coordinate with vendors for repairs/services. Enforce hostel rules and regulations, ensuring safety and discipline. Transport Management Prepare and monitor transport schedules for staff and workmen. Coordinate with drivers, transport vendors, and ensure vehicle availability. Track fuel, mileage, and transport-related expenses. Handle issues related to pick-up/drop services and maintain transport records. Facility Management Oversee office, factory, and accommodation facilities. Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, canteen, and maintenance services. General Administration Maintain records related to hostel occupancy, transport usage, and facility costs. Support HR/Admin team in preparing reports and MIS for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies in hostel and transport facilities. Qualifications & Skills Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Administration / Management). 1–3 years of experience in administration, hostel/transport/facility management. Good communication & coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Excel for report preparation. Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle emergencies.
