Role & responsibilities Daily Operations & Sales Execution: Identify and open new stores in the beat area. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow the route and visit all stores as per the beat plan. In-Store Execution: Ensure the products are placed in all assigned stores. Ensure timely order-taking and payment collection. Ensure proper placement of POSM materials (hangers, posters, danglers). Communicate promotions and offers effectively to retailers. Relationship & Market Development: Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers. Be alert to competitor activity and provide timely feedback to the Sales Officer. Provide insights from the market to improve sales and visibility. Reporting & Compliance: T rack and improve daily productivity (number of bills cut).
