You should possess a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent to be considered for this role. Your experience should include specific knowledge in material supply planning and execution processes, supplier management, leadership, teamwork, moderation, team member coaching, strengthening, design, coordination, and standardization of integrated Supply Chain processes, production planning and execution processes, sales/distribution processes, production logistics, SAP (MM & PP), SAP (SD & WM), Microsoft Office, intercultural experience, change management, material planning, and bottleneck management. As a Material Planner, your responsibilities will include ensuring a standardized material planning approach within a defined time schedule to synchronize all related material planning tasks/activities. You will be responsible for communication with suppliers, planning and ordering production materials, securing material supply from external suppliers, managing bottlenecks, checking and correcting material lists, checking online availability, communicating bottleneck situations to production planner and sales, supporting raw material availability during seasonality sales, coordinating inbound logistics and shipment tracking, monitoring supplier performance evaluation, preparing logistic agreements, conducting logistic audits, supporting custom processes of imported production material, maintaining phase-out planning and raw material master data, discussing ECO topics and new material trial production, tracking KPIs related to material planning, preparing for S&OE reporting and meetings, participating in S&OP meetings, optimizing processes, leading and coaching the team, setting targets, enhancing motivation and communication within the team, and providing training related to material planning. Your role will also involve coordinating with production planning, quality, purchasing, and production teams to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will be involved in continuous process optimization to improve efficiency in your duties. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to effectively lead, coach, communicate, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve targets and optimize processes.,
