We move fast, ship value, and keep the bar high on execution and customer experience. Role Summery You are the founder's execution arm across Admin, HR, Sales Operations, and Growth & Events (webinars included as a core task). You will help execute decisions, keep data organized, drive follow-through, and directly help the founder and revenue teams. Key Responsibilities 1) Admin & Operation Control Manage and improve our online workspaces and tools (Notion, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Graphy LMS) Manage and improve subscriptions, renewals, domain/hosting, and vendor contracts; maintain an asset register Expense tracking and reimbursements with monthly closes; travel and event logistics. Drive Notion/Drive/SharePoint hygiene: naming conventions, folder structures, access control, and archival. 2) HR & People Operations Draft/post JDs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate panels, and issue offers. Onboarding checklist: KYC, bank, agreements, IT access, brief policy run-through.
