Age -28-32 Job Description - We are seeking a results-driven Export Sales Engineer to develop new international business opportunities, New Business Development and expand our global customer base. The role combines technical product knowledge with strong sales and market development skills to drive export growth in assigned regions. Key Responsibilities New Business Development Identify, research, and develop new export markets and customers Generate leads through market research, trade shows, distributors, and direct outreach Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international prospects Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve growth targets Sales & Customer Management Present and explain technical products and solutions to international customers Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with customers and partners Build long-term relationships with customers, agents, and distributors Export Operations & Market Intelligence Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international trade terms (Incoterms) Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management Skills & Competencies Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to combine technical knowledge with commercial selling Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently Willingness to travel internationally as required Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
