Role Overview: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented B2B E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our Shopify-based portal for retailers and institutional buyers . The ideal candidate comes with a background in FMCG or stationery and has a sharp understanding of both online operations and offline retail dynamics. This role will also own scheme rollouts , analyze market trends , and collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: Shopify Storefront & Order Management Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, GST setup, bulk ordering workflows, and gated logins for retailers. Maintain and update product catalogs with descriptions, images, and segmentation for retailer-specific pricing. Retailer Onboarding & Engagement Onboard new retail and distributor partners onto the Shopify portal. Train and support users in using the platform for efficient order placement and scheme redemptions. Scheme & Incentive Management Plan and execute B2B schemes, discounts, and reward programs on the portal. Track scheme performance, manage redemptions, and ensure accurate reflection in orders/invoices. Collaborate with sales teams to align digital schemes with field promotions. Analytics & Market Intelligence Monitor sales trends, customer buying patterns, and repeat order rates. Track competitor pricing, new launches, and digital presence to provide actionable insights. Maintain dashboards for product performance, order metrics, and scheme ROI. Cross-functional Coordination Work with warehouse/logistics for smooth dispatch and fulfillment. Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit policies. Integrate Shopify with internal CRM, ERP, or inventory systems as needed. Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in managing ecommerce platforms, preferably Shopify. Exposure to B2B or institutional sales in FMCG, stationery, or related sectors. Strong understanding of retailer schemes, incentives, and sales cycles. Analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, and CRM tools. Strong communication and coordination capabilities across teams. Must Have: Familiarity with Shopify Plus. Experience in launching schemes for offline retail or channel sales.
