Koordynator projektu Futbol Plus

Role Overview: As a Coordinator of the Futbol Plus project at Stowarzyszenie Amp Futbol, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and promoting soccer academies for children with various disabilities across Poland. Your role will involve managing the project, including overseeing a team, planning activities, communicating with academies and partners, organizing events, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Fully coordinate and develop the Futbol Plus project. - Plan and coordinate activities within the project according to guidelines. - Organize and supervise national tournaments, sports camps, training sessions, and other project events for Futbol Plus. - Maintain ongoing contact and collaboration with academies, coaches, technical support, beneficiaries, and project partners. - Monitor task implementation in the field, conduct inspections, and controls. - Initiate, acquire, and coordinate the establishment of new Futbol Plus academies in Poland. - Prepare reports, summaries, and analyses related to project implementation. - Maintain a positive project image and promote activities in the media. Qualifications Required: - Experience working in NGOs or sports organizations, particularly in soccer. - Proactive and dynamic approach to work, with the ability to identify and capitalize on project development opportunities. - Effective, positive, and efficient communication with various stakeholders. - Methodical, autonomous work style. - Creativity, good communication skills, and interest in soccer. - Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required. - Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office. - Possession of a driver's license.
