(Hospital concession, donation fund, Trust, and other funding sources) Collecting relevant documents from patients as recommended (request letter from patient, ID proof, Ration card, CMCHIS card, Income proof, recommendation letter etc.,) Liaison with doctors, patient attender, billing, and accounts to update the funding details.
