We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive B2B lead generation and opportunity creation for Orgtree and Kiru Millets. This fully remote role suits self-driven individuals who enjoy outbound sales conversations and structured follow-ups. Key Responsibilities · Identify and engage B2B customers across India (Corporates, Schools, Hospitals, Institutions) · Execute outbound outreach via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn · Handle inbound leads from website and campaigns · Qualify leads based on need, volume, and decision authority · Schedule meetings and hand over-qualified opportunities to the sales team · Maintain lead and follow-up data in CRM · Share regular activity and pipeline reports Product Focus · Orgtree: Organic food products · Kiru Millets: Millet-based nutrition products · Communicate value around health, sustainability, quality, and sourcing Skills & Qualifications · Strong communication skills · Comfortable with outbound B2B calling · Self-disciplined in a remote setup · Basic CRM and computer skills · English proficiency (regional languages a plus) · Experience in FMCG, food, D2C, or agri-products · Exposure to B2B or institutional sales What We Offer · 100% Remote work · Training on products and B2B sales process · Clear growth path into Sales / Key Account / Channel roles · Performance-based incentives Note: Candidates based in Mysore will be preferred.
