From habits to math to crafts, we help young kids build real skills—creatively—using age-appropriate projects, clear parent/teacher guides, and thoughtful materials that make setup easy and progress visible.” Role Summary We’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager to scale KinderGo’s presence across schools, retail partners, and community spaces, and to grow D2C sales funnels. You’ll own the pipeline—from prospecting and pitches to closures and post-sale relationships—working closely with marketing and operations. What you’ll do Build and manage a B2B pipeline (schools, activity centers, malls, retail chains, resellers). Lead outreach, demos, and negotiations ; craft proposals and MoUs; close deals with clear ROI stories. Plan and execute on-ground activations (stalls, workshops, camps) to drive trials, leads, and sales. Grow D2C funnels with local partnerships, micro-influencers, and parent communities. Own account management : onboarding, replenishments, visibility, co-marketing calendars. Coordinate with marketing for joint campaigns, POS materials, and lead follow-ups . Maintain accurate CRM : pipeline stages, forecasts, win/loss insights. Report weekly on targets, revenue, unit economics, and next actions. What you’ll bring 2–5 years in Business Development / Sales (education, toys, FMCG, retail, or startup preferred). Strong prospecting, pitching, and closing skills; comfort with targets and fieldwork. Excellent communication; ability to translate product value into parent/school outcomes . Working knowledge of CRM/Sheets ; data-driven approach to forecasting and territory planning. Hustle, ownership, and a partnership mindset. Success metrics (KPIs) New partner sign-ups / month & active accounts Monthly GMV/units from B2B & events Lead-to-deal conversion rate & cycle time Repeat orders / account retention Contribution margin from partnerships/events Nice to have Network with schools, malls, kids’ activity centers in Kozhikode/Malabar. Experience running events/exhibitions and field teams. Basic comfort with WhatsApp Business and simple POS/ordering tools.
