Kindergarten Teacher

As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing young learners and developing their foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, social interaction, and creativity. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, activities, and storytelling sessions. - Introducing basic concepts in language, numbers, shapes, and colors in an interactive manner. - Fostering social, emotional, and moral development among children. - Using creative teaching aids such as songs, rhymes, games, puppets, and visual aids. - Maintaining discipline with care, ensuring a warm and inclusive environment. - Observing, assessing, and documenting student progress and sharing updates with parents. - Collaborating with fellow teachers and coordinators for curriculum planning. - Organizing events, celebrations, and activities to enhance cultural and creative learning. - Ensuring classroom safety, hygiene, and child-friendly practices. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - Graduate / Diploma / Certification in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training. - Prior experience as a Kindergarten / Pre-Primary teacher preferred. - Strong communication skills in English (and local language if required). - Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children. - Ability to manage and engage children with warmth and empathy. - Good classroom management and organizational skills.
