Litigation Attorney with minimum 4-6 Years PQE, having Core Focus on Arguing all types of Civil Litigation Matters across tribunals and Dist/High Courts, preferably with experience in core Commercial and IP litigation matters. Required Candidate profile Handling allocated litigation mandates of the firms' practice across Tribunals such as NCLT, NGT, NCDRC, RERA, NBA along with reviewing drafts prepared by Associates/Sr. Associates.

INR 0.5 - 0.7 Lacs P.A.

Full Time

Candidate should have 4 years of PQE + Core Focus on Trademark Prosecution/Litigation and Commercial Law matters including Counseling Clients for Trademark Filings, Managing Litigation Matters & undertaking core Prosecution Matters. Required Candidate profile Only such applicants who are comfortable with the Ahmedabad Office location from a long term standpoint to apply.
