Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Structure Sales Executive, located in Jamshedpur. The role involves identifying and building relationships with potential clients, maintaining and expanding an existing client portfolio, and providing product recommendations to meet customer needs. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, achieve sales targets, prepare proposals and reports, and maintain a thorough understanding of solar mounting structures and their applications. Qualifications Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management Technical knowledge of solar mounting structures, channels, and their applications Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Proficiency in report preparation, proposal writing, and CRM tools Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred) Prior experience in the renewable energy sector or B2B sales is an advantage
