Job Opening: KG Teacher / Mother Teacher (LKG /UKG)

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and care for kindergarten (KG) students in a nurturing environment.
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
• Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Foster creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning through play-based methods.
• Monitor and assess student progress and maintain records.
• Communicate with parents regarding child development and school activities.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and teacher training programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) / B.Ed (Primary) or equivalent.
• Experience in teaching or caring for young children is preferred.
• Patience, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Team player with collaborative skills and willingness to engage with parents and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,659.85 - ₹12,000.00 per month
