About the Role: We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and well-organized young executive to support our Managing Director/CEO. The role requires excellent communication, time management, and coordination skills to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, timely follow-ups, and seamless support to leadership. Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar; schedule, confirm, and update appointments, meetings, and travel plans. Managing the CEO correspondence, acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, strong coordination with them and ensuring timely responses. Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and reminders. Draft and manage correspondence; emails, letters, and other communications. Ensure all tasks assigned by the CEO are tracked and completed within deadlines. Handle basic administrative work such as filing, documentation, and maintaining records. Act as a single point of contact between the Director and team members or external contacts. Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
