Desire to network and align with the vision and mission of the organization Experience of dealing with high profile clients like CEOs, CFOs, Founders etc. Educational qualifications Graduate / Post-graduate degree / diploma Preferably in marketing / sales from Tier 1 B-school Good academic profile throughout his/her education Work experience 2-5+ Years of experience in customer service, real estate, turnkey interiors, B2B sales or account management profile Experience of handling market / account management initiatives Functional knowledge & technical ability Understanding of CRM process & lead lifecycle management Fluent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power-point, Excel) & leading CRM systems Behavioural characteristics Sales orientation & attitude Flexibility to work in dynamic work environment with targets and numbers Able to work with a variety of people and manage their expectations with finesse Effective blend of planning and execution skills Key Responsibilities: This particular role is challenging and enriching because it involves being a part of and contributing to a new business vertical which can have global impact and outreach. This is a high ownership and entrepreneurial mindset driven role which would also give you an opportunity to come up with fresh ideas and thus impact the revenue and impact of the brand in a significant manner. We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager to manage our incredible growth and expansion initiatives. This is a high value-add business enablement role to the organization, enabling revenue growth through creation of new key accounts: Sourcing and facilitating closure of key account leads related to commercial office space with typical transaction size from 1Cr to 10Cr. Profile of clients ranges from Founder/CEO- Start-ups and SMEs, HR/Admin of Large MNCs. Prospecting and acquiring new key accounts through liaising with Start-ups, Coworking Players, F&B brands, Real Estate Consultants, Builders, Contractor,, existing Clients and other relevant platforms. Making and presenting immaculate presentations custom fit to clients needs by coordinating with the Design, Ops team. Formulate a roadmap for new account acquisition and ensuring effective execution. Strategizing and executing all account related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activations. Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with vendor partners, internal stakeholders & team members Responsible for lead generation systems implementation, enhancement & governance Responsible for market trends, customer insights, analytics and predictive buying behaviour leading to better prospect segmentation, profile targeting & product positioning Strategizing and executing in coordination with other teams new and better methods to drive client engagement Networking and liasoning key stakeholders at IPCs and DPCs who are possible stakeholders in space discovery, design and build eco system Build, engage and manage stakeholders across key accounts/high growth potential accounts to collaborate as growth partners for design and build Plan and execute on-ground ATL and BTL activities to create greater brand awareness amongst relevant stakeholders. Day to Day internal and external reporting and tracking of activities spanning across lead generation and management, community development and management, and other marketing activities. Responsible for sustaining and growing the revenues with P&L responsibilities. Laying down the roadmap for new account acquisition for the city and ensuring its execution. Strategizing and executing all key account related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activations. Debottlenecking internal processes for faster conversion of large deals. Strategizing and executing in coordination with other teams to develop new and better methods to drive client engagement.
