About the Role

We are hiring a Key Account Manager (Social Media Manager – UGC & Influencer Marketing) to own the social media, UGC and influencer growth of our key D2C client accounts. You will lead strategy, manage the client relationship and guide the social media, content and influencer teams to deliver measurable results.

What You Will Do

• Own key D2C client accounts as the main point of contact and strategic partner.
• Build and present monthly social media, UGC and influencer strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Lead content calendars, Reels and campaign ideas with the social media and creative teams.
• Plan and oversee influencer and UGC campaigns: creator selection, budgets, deliverables and go-live.
• Track performance (reach, engagement, followers, sales impact) and present monthly reports and insights.
• Manage timelines, approvals and escalations; grow accounts through upsells and retention.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing or key account management (digital marketing agency preferred).
• Proven track record of growing D2C or consumer brands on Instagram.
• Strong understanding of UGC, creator partnerships, Reels trends and social analytics.
• Excellent client-handling, presentation and team leadership skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple accounts.

Work Location

In-office role at Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You must be able to commute to or relocate to Noida, and you must have your own laptop.
