Key Account Manager (MBA)

Job Details:
Mon - Sat | 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10AM to 7PM

Purpose of Recruitment:

To work collaboratively with the Sales Head in appointing dedicated resources to manage key accounts and ensure better customer service, regular follow-ups and business development.

Scope of the Role:

• ⁠Independently handle assigned key accounts and manage day-to-day customer requirements.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients and internal teams, including Sales, PD, Production and Orders.
• ⁠ ⁠Follow up on new business opportunities, orders, deliveries and pending issues.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain account-wise data, sales reports and regular business updates.
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth coordination and build long-term relationships with key customers.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Turbhe, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
