Hiring Key Account Manager with experience in

  • APIs, Webhooks, and CRM tools (Mandatory)
  • Client relationship management,
  • SaaS/logistics,
  • onboarding,
  • API integration,
  • reporting & stakeholder management.
  • Focus on retention & revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Understand requirements and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with Product, Support, Sales & Operations teams.
  • Drive customer onboarding, engagement, adoption & retention.
  • Track accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
