Kernel / Device Driver / BSP Lead Engineer

As a Kernel Lead Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will be responsible for demonstrating excellent knowledge of the Linux kernel and the device driver model. Your prior experience with Linux Kernel memory and ARM SMMU will be crucial for this role. Utilizing your exceptional debug skills, especially in the core kernel software stability domain, using standard debug tools like T32 and tracing, will be essential. Working with the mainline Linux Kernel and showcasing strong analytical and debugging skills in multi-Processor environments will be a part of your daily tasks. Your expertise in programming with an expert level knowledge of C, along with a very good understanding of Git, will be highly valued. Knowledge of ARM v7 and v8 architecture is considered advantageous, and prior experience with Android is a plus. Ideally, you should hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. With 5 to 8 years of experience, you will contribute significantly to the development and maintenance of the Linux kernel and device drivers.
