The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of city routes, traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Operate auto-rickshaw safely and efficiently to transport passengers to their destinations. Plan and follow the best routes to minimize travel time. Ensure passenger comfort, safety, and satisfaction during rides. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, service schedules, and fuel efficiency. Collect fares as per company policy or digital payment systems. Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company guidelines. Report vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents promptly to management. Assist passengers with luggage or other travel needs when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) / Auto-Rickshaw Driver License with transport endorsement. Minimum 1–3 years driving experience preferred. Good knowledge of Bengaluru city routes, local landmarks, and traffic patterns. Professional, polite, and customer-focused behavior. Ability to handle payments (cash/digital) accurately. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (oil checks, tire pressure, minor repairs). Punctuality, reliability, and integrity. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with GPS / navigation apps . Prior experience in fleet driving or rideshare services. Good communication skills in Kannada / English / Hindi . Work Conditions: Driving may involve day or night shifts. Long hours on the road in city traffic. Exposure to all weather conditions.
