Job Summary:We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Receptionist cum Cashier to join our Go-Karting Arena team. This role is crucial in delivering an excellent customer experience by managing front desk operations, handling cash and digital transactions, and providing accurate information about services and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities:Reception & Customer Service:Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment. Answer customer queries in person, over the phone, or via email. Provide information about karting sessions, pricing, rules, and safety regulations. Handle customer check-in and waiver form processing. Schedule bookings and manage reservations. Coordinate with track staff for session timings and customer flow. Handle customer complaints or escalate to management when necessary. Cashier Duties:Manage all point-of-sale (POS) operations including cash, card, and digital payment transactions. Issue receipts, refunds, or change accurately. Maintain cash register and ensure accurate cash handling. Prepare daily cash reports and handover to management at the end of shift. Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Administrative Support:Maintain visitor logs, booking records, and payment receipts. Keep the front desk area tidy and stocked with brochures, merchandise, or other materials. Monitor inventory of supplies like wristbands, helmets, and uniforms. Assist in promotional activities or social media check-ins as needed. Key Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a receptionist or cashier role, preferably in the entertainment, sports, or hospitality sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems. Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
