Company: Kapsons Marketing Locations Hiring: Delhi, Patna, Lucknow, Kanpur Industry: White Boards, Writing Boards, Black Boards, Smart Boards, Institutional Furniture Role overview: Kapsons Marketing is seeking motivated Field Marketing Executives who will visit schools, coaching institutes, colleges, and educational organizations to promote and sell our range of writing boards, smart boards, and institutional furniture. This is a performance-based role , where earnings depend on the business generated. Key Responsibilities: Visit schools, coaching centers, colleges, and offices within the assigned territory. Introduce and demonstrate product offerings such as white boards, black boards, writing boards, smart boards, and furniture. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (principals, administrators, purchase managers). Provide daily reporting of visits, leads, and closures. Represent the brand professionally and maintain strong product knowledge. Requirements: Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable with field work and travelling locally. Prior experience in sales/marketing is preferred but not mandatory. Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined. Ability to build relationships and negotiate deals. Smartphone required; own vehicle is a plus. Compensation: This is a performance-linked earning model : No fixed salary initially. If required salary can be discussed.
