Key Responsibilities: Product Management: Handle e-commerce catalog listing and cataloging. Maintain and update product listings across online channels. E-commerce Operations: Oversee delivery operations and manage sales data effectively. Participate in projection planning and sales forecasting. Market Research & Optimization: Research and understand products, market trends, and e-commerce strategies. Enhance SEO efforts with keyword research and suggestions for imagery to boost conversions. Develop strategies to improve product reviews and ratings. Skills and Qualifications: Strong data management skills with a focus on mapping and organizing data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must Proficiency in documentation and presentation tools. Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and productivity. Keen eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving. Experience Level 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce operations (Amazon, Myntra, Shopify required).
