Position Overview The Admissions Coordinator & School Operations Supervisor will play a key role in shaping the school’s admissions journey and operational excellence. This role requires an articulate communicator and a meticulous administrator who can establish systems, engage confidently with parents, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of a modern international school. Key Responsibilities Admissions & Enrolment • Lead the entire admissions process from enquiry to enrolment. • Manage school tours, open houses, and orientation sessions. • Maintain updated enquiry and admissions data, reports, and conversion metrics. • Liaise with the academic team for student assessments and placement. • Ensure all documentation complies with Cambridge International and local education norms. Communication & Public Relations • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents. • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins. • Coordinate with marketing to keep admissions materials and website content current. • Represent the school at education fairs and community events. Administration • Oversee daily operations — front office, housekeeping, transport, and facility coordination. • Establish and enforce administrative protocols and digital record systems. • Work closely with finance for fee collection, reporting, and reconciliation. • Support leadership in compliance, safety audits, and licensing documentation. Systems Setup • Draft and implement SOPs for admissions, communication, and administration. • Assist in recruitment coordination and staff onboarding. • Drive efficiency and structure as part of the founding operations team. Required Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Administration, Management, Education, or Communication. • 5–7 years of experience in school administration or admissions — preferably in Cambridge / IB / International schools. • Proven ability to manage parent relations, documentation, and multi-department coordination. • Must-have proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and school ERP systems (ENTAB, Tally, etc.). • Excellent command of English communication (spoken and written); Punjabi/Hindi proficiency is an asset.
