Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Documentation Assistant based in Kochi. The Documentation Assistant will be responsible for preparing and managing import and export documentation, organizing and maintaining structured records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Daily duties include overseeing document management, handling exports documentation, maintaining archives, and effective communication with stakeholders. Qualifications Competence in Documentation and Export Documentation processes Proficiency in Document Management and organizing Archives Strong Communication skills for effectively liaising with stakeholders Attention to detail and high level of organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team in a structured, fast-paced environment Familiarity with customs clearance procedures is an advantage Proficient in relevant software tools for document management Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
