Role Overview As the founding Principal, you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of The Deccan PU College. You will set the strategic direction for the college, promote academic excellence, and nurture a vibrant, inclusive campus environment. A . Qualification & Experience ? Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Pre-University College setting in Karnataka, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. ? A Master's degree in any discipline is required. ? Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders (students, faculty, parents, and external partners). ? Experience in managing institutional change and implementing data-driven strategies for academic and operational excellence. B. General Competencies: ?
