The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to architect and build the core of our programmatic advertising ecosystem. This is a rare greenfield opportunity to design and develop a Demand-Side Platform (DSP) from scratch, including its high-throughput ad auction engine, data processing pipelines, and crucial API & SDK integrations. Your work will be instrumental in creating a competitive Ad solution inspired by industry leaders like Mintegral (known for its high-volume in-app auctions), Nativex (for its cross-channel reach), and Moloco (for its machine learning-driven performance). You will lay the technical foundation for a system that handles billions of daily requests, makes real-time bidding decisions in milliseconds, and delivers measurable value to advertisers and publishers. Key Responsibilities Architect and Build the DSP Core: Design, develop, and deploy the low-latency, high-availability backend services that power our real-time bidding (RTB) engine.
