Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls related to service support, existing dealer management, and new lead conversions from Justdial, IndiaMART, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities:1. Dealer and Customer CommunicationHandle daily inbound and outbound calls with existing dealers and customers. Provide assistance regarding product details, pricing, service support, and order status. Maintain relationships with dealers to ensure repeat business and timely follow-up. 2. Lead Management (Justdial / IndiaMART / Marketing Leads)Call and qualify potential leads from Justdial, IndiaMART, and online marketing platforms. Explain product details, benefits, and offers to generate sales inquiries. Record and update all lead information in CRM or Excel. Schedule follow-ups and share dealer contact details with interested customers. 3. Service Support CoordinationAttend service-related customer calls and log complaints systematically. Forward complaints to the technical/service department and ensure timely closure. Maintain records of service requests, repairs, and feedback. 4. Reporting and DocumentationPrepare daily and weekly call reports (inquiry status, follow-ups, conversions). Maintain lead sheets, dealer database, and service call logs. Share updates with the sales and management team. Skills & Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or dealer coordination (Battery, Automotive, or Electrical industry preferred). Good verbal communication in Hindi and Gujarati (Basic English understanding preferred). Confident phone handling and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools). Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
