About the job: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will support the smooth execution of HR processes, maintain employee records, ensure compliance, and assist with day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS systems and physical files 2. Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities, including documentation, ID generation, and exit processes 3.
