About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

A. Video editing & post-production: 1. Edit raw footage into compelling short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, reels, and promotional campaigns 2. Create visually engaging videos that align with Epic Road Trips' brand tone adventurous, cinematic, and aspirational 3. Add music, voiceovers, sound effects, motion graphics, transitions, and subtitles where required B. Content adaptation & platform optimization: 1. Tailor edits to suit various platforms, including Instagram (reels/stories), Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and LinkedIn 2. Ensure all outputs meet the technical specs and algorithmic preferences of each platform (e.g., vertical for reels, thumbnails for YouTube) C. Storytelling & brand messaging: 1. Understand and convey the brand story, trip themes (like ZNMD-inspired Europe trip, Iceland adventures, or African safaris), and emotional tone through visuals 2. Collaborate with the content and social teams to bring campaign ideas to life through storytelling-driven videos D. Creative collaboration: 1. Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to understand content briefs and brand goals 2. Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, trip launches, reels, and documentary-style edits E. File & asset management: 1. Maintain organized archives of raw footage, edited files, and assets for future use 2. Ensure the timely delivery of videos and maintain a smooth feedback loop F. Trend awareness: 1. Stay updated with trends in travel video editing, transitions, Instagram reel trends, and cinematic storytelling 2. Proactively suggest new content formats or visual styles to keep Epic Road Trips fresh and engaging
