Junior Technical Associate (Motor Design)

Role Overview: As a simulation engineer at our company, you will focus on working with simulation software. Your main responsibility will be to understand various methods of motor analysis and design from literature and implement them at least at the algorithmic level. Key Responsibilities: - Work on simulation software to analyze and design motors efficiently. - Understand methods of motor analysis and design from literature and implement them at the algorithmic level. - Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate simulations and designs. - Stay updated with the latest research papers related to motor analysis and design. - Implement numerical solutions for partial differential equations and ensure effective post-processing. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. - Strong understanding of basic principles of physics, especially electricity and magnetism. - Familiarity with Maxwell's equations in both macroscopic and microscopic forms. - Proficiency in numerical solution of partial differential equations. - Experience with discretization, meshing, solving, and post-processing. - Ability to comprehend and analyze research papers related to motor analysis and design.
