Eligibility Criteria

• MHRM / MBA in HR / MSW / Any Master degree / Pursuing a master's degree
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Flexibility with working hours

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels.
• Shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
• Track candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up throughout the hiring process.
• Identify suitable talent based on requirements shared by Business POCs.
• Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and hiring teams.
