Junior Talent Acquisition Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for scaling the company and recruiting the right kind of people who will shape the company's future. Additionally, you will work on various job channels for hiring, conduct candidate screenings, and participate in brainstorming sessions to develop HR strategies. You will work closely with an experienced HR team under the direct supervision of the co-founders. Key Responsibilities: - Taking responsibility for scaling the company and recruiting the right kind of people - Working on various job channels for hiring, such as campuses, buddy referrals, and job boards - Conducting initial screenings of candidates, processing them for further interviews, and closing profiles - Participating in brainstorming sessions to develop HR strategies - Working in a closely knit HR team under the direct supervision of the co-founders Qualification Required: - Previous experience in HR or recruitment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Familiarity with various job channels and recruitment platforms About Company: WeMakeScholars is a Hyderabad-based fintech startup specializing in education loans and scholarships. Established seven years ago, they collaborate closely with major banks and NBFCs in India to simplify the education loan application process. While they do not directly provide loans, they ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience for students and parents. As market leaders in the education finance segment, they partner with over 14 financial institutions and facilitated significant disbursements in student loans.
