Junior software engineer/Trainer

We are searching for a Jr. Software Engineer/Trainer to become a part of our vibrant team. As a Jr. Software Engineer/Trainer, you will be responsible for providing advanced-level training in Python to students with technical backgrounds and professionals looking to transition into the field. Your primary task will involve supporting individuals in developing academic projects to implement their newfound skills effectively. You will have direct oversight of all training activities across various areas such as regular training programs, campus initiatives, and student projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting classes, overseeing project development, providing training, evaluating progress, and mentoring junior trainees. Your key responsibilities will involve delivering advanced training sessions in Python Full Stack with Gen AI, covering topics such as UI Development, Application Development & Server-Side Programming, Database Development, and various frameworks including Django, Flask, Rest API - Django, Angular, SDLC, Agile & Scrum Methodologies, Version Control Systems, Web Server, Web Hosting & Cloud Computing. Additionally, you will be expected to customize training programs to suit the unique needs of technical professionals and individuals transitioning into Python. You will guide participants through hands-on projects to help them solidify their understanding and practical application of Python techniques. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in assisting students in planning, executing, and showcasing academic projects that exhibit their proficiency in Python. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires the candidate to be interested in working as a trainer. The work location is in person.,
