Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand customer budgets, property preferences, and purchase requirements.
• Explain project details, pricing, and available properties.
• Follow up with interested buyers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the CRM.
• Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and site visit targets.
• Coordinate with Sales Specialists to support property bookings.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer, WhatsApp, and CRM knowledge.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
